Less Than a Week for the Opening Match
The auspicious start to our new league is just around the corner. We wanted to make sure you have some of these updates to keep you informed with the latest news and to help you plan your day for our first game!
April 15th at the Fable Diner and Bar (755 Richards St.) Starting at 5pm
We invite you to participate in an in-person planning meeting. Come meet your Crow Collective buddies and be sure to wear your Rise gear with PRIDE. We will be hosting Ciaran and Mikaila, communications directors for the NSL. They intend to record a few interviews and shoot footage of us talking excitedly about our plans for the first game and what having a women’s professional footie league means for us! This will also be an opportunity to learn our new songs and chants.
April 16th GAME DAY!
Here is a brief breakdown of the plan for our first game.
Starting at 5pm, there will be a meet and greet session with the players at Terry Fox Plaza at BC Place.
Also starting at 5pm, you can join the Crow Collective supporters for a pre-game warmup at Fable Diner and Bar (755 Richards St).
At 6pm we plan to march to BC Place in fine voice, with banners held high. Meet at the corner of Richards and Robson to join us if you aren’t going to Fable Diner and Bar first.

Some people are reaching out to us to say that they can’t access their ticket from Ticketmaster for the game. Please note that we can’t help address your ticket issues. You’ll need to contact the Rise directly to resolve any issues. Here is the Vancouver Rise FC Ticket Manager.
Also, we have another Tifo painting session scheduled for this weekend. Reach out to Gail on our Discord for the address if you would like to come help paint. Currently the schedule is Thursday (4/10 after 5pm), Friday (4/11 after 5pm) and Sunday (4/13 morning until 1pm).
